Terms and Conditions​
If interested in any items, please complete an order form and submit it to us. Do include any queries if you have. An invoice will be sent to you if the item is still available.
We work on a first come first serve basis for all our items. Interested parties will be placed on the waiting list and will be contacted if any deals fall through.
Anyone who withdraws from a transaction after an invoice is sent will be deemed as a deadbuyer, regardless of reason. Deadbuyers will lose priority in future launches.
Payment have to be made within 24 hours from the receipt of invoice. Failure to do so will void the order and item will go to the next interested buyer.
We accept Internet Banking/ATM transfers to DBS/POSB/OCBC accounts. Interbank transfer is also accepted with prior notification. ATM transfers will have to be accompanied by a snapshot of the transaction slip for verification purposes. Scanned copies will not be accepted.
Please check all items upon receiving them. Any issue has to be communicated to us within 7 days from date of mailing.
Only defects will be eligible for the exchange. A refund will be granted only if there are no available stocks for exchange. This will be administered on a case-by-case basis and we may require more details on the defect such as photo evidence etc. A meetup may be arranged for the exchange, otherwise the customer has to bear the additional postage charges incurred.
Colour discrepancies may arise from the different colour resolutions in computer screens. This will not be eligible for an exchange.
We will try our best to provide information regarding the product.
In the event if the customer makes a wrong judgement call, the item will not be eligible for an exchange as well.
All customers on the mailing list will receive free normal postage.
Registered mail is available at an additional $2.24 per package. Free registered mail will be provided for purchases above $60 in a single transaction.
All packages will be carefully packed to minimise damage of the items during the delivery.
We will not be responsible for any lost mails so we strongly encourage all customers to opt for registered mail for greater assurance.
